HOW MUCH OIL TO TAKE?
To benefit from the effects of our CBD and melatonin drops, we recommend that you take 5 drops a day, preferably 30 to 60 minutes before your usual bedtime. Place the drops under your tongue and let them sit for about a minute before swallowing them. Please note that a drop of melatonin corresponds to a single droplet of liquid and does not fill the entire pipette.It is important to respect the maximum daily dose of melatonin, which is 1 mg.
